Karen Aparece Riley is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture coordination, recruitment, and resource advisory roles. Currently serving as the People and Culture Coordinator at Back in Motion Rehab Inc. since May 2022, Karen has previously held multiple positions at WorkBC Centre Langley from January 2018 to May 2022, including Wage Subsidy and Resource Room Advisor, Resource Room Advisor, and Office Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Officer at BDO Unibank and as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist at Concentrix. Karen also worked as an HR Recruitment and Employment Specialist at One Network Bank Inc. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University, a Master's in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Davao University, and a BS in Psychology from San Pedro College - Davao City.
