Ryan Distler is the current lead bartender at Back East Brewery. Ryan has also worked as a team lead manager at Apex Leadership Co. Franchising, an insurance manager at Himmelstein Financial, and a life insurance agent at American Income Life Insurance Company. Ryan began their career as a project services intern at Waste Management.

Ryan is a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others. Ryan has a strong background in customer service and leadership. Ryan is dedicated to their work and takes pride in providing quality service to their customers.

After graduating from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, Ryan Distler began their career in education as an associate degree holder in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the same institution.
