Stanly Gutierrez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as Consultor técnico and Diretor Industrial at Bacio di Latte since January 2015, Stanly is responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to Quality, R&D, Production, Maintenance, and Sustainability, as well as planning and constructing the manufacturing facility. In addition, Stanly has been the Executive Director at Proceedings International Food Business since January 2003 and previously worked as Gerente de vendas para Brasil at Quimica Amtex Ltda from September 1998 to June 2003. Stanly holds a postgraduate degree in Food Company Management from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and completed advanced training in Gelato Processing and Food Technology at CAST Alimenti in 2018.
