Rigoberto Chávez has extensive work experience in the beverage industry. Rigoberto worked at Bacardi from 2013, where they held various positions including VP Insights - Global Brands, VP Insights - Europe, Global Insights Director - Martini, Category Director - Whisky & Tequila - Latin America & Caribbean, and Regional Insights Director - Latin America & Caribbean. Prior to Bacardi, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company starting in 1996. At Coca-Cola, they held roles such as New Business Incubator Sr. Manager, Fruit Beverages Portfolio - Commercial Strategy Sr. Manager, Sparkling Flavor Brands - Sr. Manager, Marketing Knowledge Sr. Manager, Manager, Research Analyst, and Internship Trainee.
Rigoberto Chávez has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidad Panamericana, achieved between 1992 and 1997. Rigoberto obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, completed from 2003 to 2005. Rigoberto pursued further education in the field of business administration and management, including a D1 - Management course from IPADE Business School in 2015-2016 and the Emilio Bacardi HBS Leadership Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2016-2017. Rigoberto Chávez has also completed several online programs, such as Data Science Ready from Harvard Business School Online in 2021 and a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Harvard Business School Online in 2020-2021. Finally, they are currently enrolled in a Postgraduate Degree program in Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics at Kellogg Executive Education, scheduled for completion in 2023.
