Global Insights Director - Patrón & Cazadores at Bacardi

Rafaela Castillo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Rafaela is currently working at Bacardi as the Global Insights Director for Patrón & Cazadores since January 2023, and previously held the role of Global Innovation Insights Director from October 2021 to December 2022. Prior to Bacardi, Rafaela worked as a Strategic Insights Consultant for herself from October 2019 to September 2021. Rafaela also served as an Associate Director for Global Strategic Insights & Analytics at Johnson & Johnson from June 2015 to October 2019, where they were a member of the Oral Care EMEA Leadership Team and led Global Insights for Listerine Innovation. Before Johnson & Johnson, Rafaela held various roles at RB, LG Electronics, Unilever, and Kantar, where they gained experience in consumer and market insights. Their roles included Manager, Regional Consumer & Market Insights at RB from May 2014 to May 2015, Manager, Global Consumer & Market Insights at RB from January 2011 to May 2014, Regional Consumer Insights Lead at LG Electronics from October 2008 to June 2010, and roles in consumer and market insights at Unilever from June 2007 to October 2008 and October 2005 to May 2007. Rafaela started their career as a Qualitative Researcher at Kantar from March 2002 to October 2005.

Rafaela Castillo has a degree in Communications from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Rafaela also holds a Master's degree from Schumacher College. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Culture & Globalization - Perspectives from Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2010.
