Elena Delmagno is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer care and brand advocacy. Currently serving as Head of Advocacy at Bacardi since November 2021, Elena previously held roles as Customer Care Team Lead at both A.R.D.A. SERVICE and DM EUROPE from October 2019 to December 2021. Before this, Elena worked as a Martini Brand Ambassador for Southern Europe at Bacardi between September 2015 and September 2019. Elena's early career included positions as a bartender at Mag Cafe and store manager at WAIT AND SEE SRL. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in cultures and techniques of Costume and Fashion from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and supplemental studies at the University of the Arts London, along with a high school diploma from SCUOLA SUPERIORE “LICEO CLASSICO T. MAMIANI” in Pesaro, Italy.
