Sanna Geiding has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sanna started their career as a Forwarding Agent Summer Intern at Panalpina AB in 2011 before moving on to become a Management Consulting Summer Intern at Maverick LLC, where they focused on M&A. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Intern in Electricity Distribution at Elektroprivreda Srbije, followed by an Analyst role in Sustainable Development and Energy at Jernhusen.
In 2013, Geiding joined Netlight as a Market Analyst, where they conducted a quantitative market analysis of Paris, France, leading to the establishment of Netlight's office in Paris. Sanna also worked as a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte Nordic from 2013 to 2016, focusing on consumer business and retail projects. During their time at Monitor, they were recognized with the highest performance rating and fast-track promotion to Senior Consultant.
Geiding then joined Deloitte Sweden as the President of Young Professional Forum (YPF), where they prioritized the development and networking of junior professionals through various consulting and social events. In 2016, they became a Business Controller at Lekmer.com (Qliro Group), responsible for financial planning and analysis. Sanna played a key role in the acquisition by Babyshop Group in 2017 and continued to contribute to the business until transitioning to Babyshop Group directly in 2017.
At Babyshop Group, Geiding held several roles, including Business Development Manager and Head of Retail, where they managed a department of over 140 employees and was responsible for overall strategy, development, and sales to 13 stores across Sweden and Norway. Sanna also served as the Head of Operational Excellence and most recently as the Head of Proprietary Brands.
Throughout their career, Geiding has demonstrated a strong aptitude for financial planning, analysis, and strategic leadership. Sanna has consistently delivered outstanding performance and has been recognized for their contributions in driving growth and improving profitability in various organizations.
Sanna Geiding began their education in 2007 when they attended Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III. During their time there, they studied Art History. In 2008, they went on to attend KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they completed their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization towards Sustainable Energy Systems. This program lasted until 2013. In 2010, Sanna participated in an exchange program at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), where they took courses in Management and Sustainable Energy. Continuing their education in the field, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Sustainable Energy Systems at Universidad de Pinar del Rio in 2011.
