Clayton Menzel currently holds the position of Head of Business Development at Babylon Labs, starting in September 2024, and serves as a Venture Partner at Figment Capital since May 2022. Menzel's previous roles include Growth at Eigen Labs, Head of Strategy at Rio Foundation, where Rio Foundation was subsequently acquired by Eigen Labs, and various leadership positions at Figment from January 2020 to April 2024, including Director of Protocol Strategy and Head of Marketing & Content. Prior experience also encompasses community-focused roles at YEN.io, CariClub, Fiverr, and as a Field Organizer for Hillary for America. Menzel holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Urban Planning from Florida State University and received additional training at General Assembly in 2019.
