Shah Alum is an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in email marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Vice President, Digital at J.P. Morgan since July 2016, Shah previously held the position of eCRM Manager for the EMEA region. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at emocial digital, e-Marketing Consultant at Wildfire HQ Marketing, and Manager of Marketing Solutions at Naked Communications Europe. Shah's earlier career features positions such as Campaign Manager at Intela, Digital Producer at eBay Enterprise, and Client Service Consultant at Emailvision. Shah holds a BSc in Information Systems with Business Management from the University of Westminster, earned in 2012.
