Caitlin Capozzi possesses extensive experience in student affairs, currently serving as Dean of Students at Babson College since June 2011, where previous roles have included Associate Dean of Student Life and Associate Dean of Student Engagement. Prior to their time at Babson College, Caitlin served as Community Development Coordinator at Brandeis University from November 2009 to June 2011 and as Assistant Director of Residential Life at Mount Holyoke College from August 2008 to November 2009. Caitlin holds a Master's degree in Communication from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University.
