Jeff White has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeff currently serves as the President and CEO of Baber's Lease to Own, a subsidiary of WGQ Home Solutions LLC, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they were the President of WGQHomeSolutions, LLC from 2017, where they provided consulting services to private equity and hedge funds, focusing on improving profitability and debt restructuring for various businesses.

Before their role at WGQHomeSolutions, LLC, Jeff worked at Rent-A-Center, first as the Executive Vice President Operations from 2014 to 2016, where they oversaw operations for over 2700 rent-to-own and retail locations. Jeff then served as the Senior Vice President at AcceptanceNow from 2011 to 2014, where they developed an alternative purchase line of business inside national retailers, resulting in significant revenue growth.

Jeff's long tenure at Rent-A-Center began in 2002 when they became the Division Vice President, responsible for recruiting, training, and opening over 250 locations in the western United States. Jeff achieved consistent growth in profit and same-store sales and also acquired and integrated several rent-to-own competitors.

Prior to their career in the retail industry, Jeff served in the US Navy as an Aviation Technician from 1986 to 1992 and then held the role of Medic in the Army National Guard from 1980 to 1986.

Jeff White has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from The University of the State of New York, which they completed in 1991. Jeff then went on to earn a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Troy University in 1992.
