Vivian Simon Shih has a diverse and extensive work experience in product management and project management roles. Vivian Simon currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at Babel Street since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Product Management at Basis Technology from March 2022 to July 2023. From September 2019 to March 2022, Vivian worked as a Senior Manager of Product Management at Pegasystems. Before that, they held the role of Director of Product Management at Luminoso Technologies, Inc. from January 2019 to September 2019 and also worked as a Senior Product Manager there from April 2018 to December 2018. Vivian gained valuable experience at Cisco, where they served as a Product Manager, handling responsibilities related to application integration, machine learning, video ad insertion, and business analytics from June 2017 to April 2018. Vivian Simon also worked as a Project Manager at SeaChange International from April 2010 to November 2011. In addition, Vivian has held roles in program management and project management at Livewire Mobile from July 2008 to February 2010, nellymoser from 2005 to 2008, and athenahealth from April 2004 to May 2005. Vivian Simon began their career as an Engineering Manager at Lycos Inc. from February 2001 to February 2003.

Vivian Simon Shih holds a BSEE in Laser and Optical Engineering from the University of Vermont. Vivian Simon also obtained an Executive Certification in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition, they obtained a Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification from Pegasystems in 2019.
