Stephon Mikell Jr. is a software engineer with extensive experience in application development and modernization. Currently serving as a Software Engineer III at Babel Street since May 2022, Stephon previously contributed to Nextech Systems as a Software Engineer, where involvement in a small agile team led to the transformation of the company’s core product. Earlier roles included positions at Tenex Software Solutions and ConnectWise, where significant achievements included transitioning applications to a REACT standard and providing vital technical support. Educationally, Stephon holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Computer Science and Chemistry from Cornell College, where initial professional experiences included roles in campus recreation and IT support.
