Phil Craig is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in the shipbuilding and aviation sectors, currently serving as Managing Director of International Shipbuilding at Babcock International Group since November 2018. In this role, Phil is accountable for executing the international shipbuilding strategy. Prior roles at Babcock included Managing Director of UK Aviation, where accountability extended to a significant workforce and budget, and Managing Director of the UK Civil and Global O&G Business. Before Babcock, Phil was the Managing Director at Dounreay Site Restoration Limited, a Civil Nuclear Police Authority Board Member, and held various directorships at Cavendish Nuclear, focusing on business development and strategic relationships. Phil's career began in engineering roles after earning a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
