Adelle Blundell is an accomplished engineer currently serving as a High Frequency Principal Engineer and Hardware Team Lead at Babcock Australia & New Zealand since July 2023, where responsibilities include leading the hardware design team. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Systems Engineer at Shoal Group Pty Ltd and as a Senior Systems Engineer focusing on HF Communications. Adelle also served as the Verification and Validation Lead at Jacobs within the Wide Area and Space Surveillance Program Office, managing test activities for the JORN midlife upgrade. Previous positions include Verification and Validation team lead at BAE Systems Australia, Rotary Wing Counter Measures Engineer at the Australian Defence Force, and ARH Design Engineer.
