Olivia Batraski is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at BABCO since September 2022, Olivia previously held significant positions at Airbnb, where Design Leadership was the focus from October 2014 to October 2022, and as a Founding Member at nFormation from February 2021 to September 2022. Olivia was the Head of Design at Adchemy from August 2013 to October 2014, leading UX design initiatives to enhance retailer engagement. Earlier in career, Olivia contributed as Design Lead at Yahoo from September 2008 to June 2012, driving the development of next-generation search products. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Design, graduating Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2008.
