Mohamad Al Masri began their work experience in 2010 as the Head of Accounting Department at Baalbaki Chemical Industries (BCI). Mohamad later moved to Baalbaki Group S.A. where they also held the position of Head of Accounting Department.

Mohamad Al Masri attended Damascus University from 2009 to 2015, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. The field of study they specialized in during their time at the university is not known.
