Maximilian Karl is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Payments at Baader Bank AG since October 2024. Prior to this role, Maximilian was the Director of IT Staff & Organisation at epay, where responsibilities included spearheading HR initiatives and managing strategic projects that improved operational efficiency. At Wirecard, Maximilian held multiple positions, culminating as Head of Transaction Banking Operations, where leadership encompassed a team across three locations and orchestration of the migration of the Core Banking System.
