Cheryl Thole is an experienced Project Manager at Panther International, LLC, specializing in a cloud-based, SaaS transportation grant management system since April 2018. Previously, Cheryl served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of South Florida and held the position of Senior Research Associate at the Center for Urban Transportation Research from 2002 to 2016. In these roles, Cheryl managed federally funded research projects, focusing on areas such as Bus Rapid Transit, paratransit, and transit system performance. Cheryl's research expertise includes developing evaluation metrics, analyzing transit's impact on land use, and conducting performance evaluations of transit systems. An accomplished presenter, Cheryl has shared insights at national conferences and has contributed to industry knowledge through various initiatives and projects. Cheryl holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, both from the University of Florida.
