Mary Berg has extensive experience in payroll processing and client service roles, currently serving as an Implementation Analyst and Hyper-Care Representative at B2E Solutions since March 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring high-quality service and accurate payroll processing for diverse clients. Prior to this, Mary worked at Payroll Express Inc from September 2009 to March 2016 as a Payroll/Tax Specialist, managing payroll duties and preparing essential reports. Earlier in the career, from January 1993 to August 1998, Mary was an Information Technology Help Desk Analyst at Footlocker/Woolworth, providing training and support for software applications to various departments. Mary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
