Gans Subramanian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business development. Currently, Gans serves as Founder and Managing Partner at B-TRNSFRMD and as Founding Partner at Hike Squad, focusing on technology sourcing and client success. Gans has also been an investor at Seizo Edu since 2017, guiding students in their college admissions journey. Prior roles include Vice President & Global Head of Digital Experience & Insights at Infogain, and Managing Partner in Digital Technologies at Cognizant, where Gans managed P&L for various digital services. Earlier career highlights include General Manager at Aditya Birla Minacs, AGM at Intelenet Global Services, and Director at Digital Yatra Technologies. Gans holds an MS in Engineering from Brown University and a B.Tech in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, along with additional education from Coursera.
