Sophia Rigatos has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Sophia started their career as a Marketing Intern at Hill International in 2004, where they assisted with various marketing and administrative tasks. In 2005, Sophia became a District Manager at Donors For Life, Inc., where they planned and promoted blood drives and provided assistance in strategic planning and budgeting. Sophia then joined Randex Communications as a Junior Publicist in 2003, where they coordinated media interviews and supported the President in various planning activities.
From 2006 to 2014, Sophia served as the Office Manager at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., overseeing the operations and management of the Princeton office. Currently, Sophia is the Chief Operating Officer of B Positive Plasma, a company they co-founded in 2010. In this role, they are involved in strategic planning, finance, legal, and the overall operation of the organization. Sophia also oversees a team responsible for various functions such as operations, human resources, marketing, and plasma collection.
Sophia Rigatos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Rutgers University - Camden, where they were part of the Honors Program. Prior to that, they attended Hofstra University for one year, studying Business in the Honors College.
