Raphaëlle LALANDE is a professional with a background in cosmetic formulation, recruitment, and quality control within reputable organizations. Currently serving as Chargée de Recrutement at B-Hive Engineering since April 2023, Raphaëlle previously held the position of Chargée de projet formulation cosmétiques at Laboratoires NaO, where responsibilities included the development of COSMOS Organic and Natural skincare products. Prior roles include a research internship at INAVIVE Lab focusing on regulatory compliance and formulation, a prevention and health internship at the Département de l'Eure, and a quality internship at ExxonMobil, where significant contributions were made to laboratory analysis methods.
