Bill Byrd is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in estimating and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Estimator and GC Estimator at B&D Industries, Inc. since May 2020, Bill has demonstrated expertise in developing cost proposals and managing turnkey architectural millwork projects. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Blue Dog Fine Woodworking and Production Manager at OGB Company, where oversight of manufacturing processes and project scheduling for a 35+ employee team was key. Bill's foundational experience as Project Manager and Estimator at Casework Technologies involved managing commercial projects with a focus on specifications and schedules, while earlier work at Hayes Fine Cabinetry encompassed complete operational oversight. Bill Byrd holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Central New Mexico Community College, achieved with a 4.0 GPA, and has also studied at Northern Illinois University.
