Olaf Haase, RN, MBA, currently serves as the Global Manager for Commercialization of Robotic Surgery at B. Braun Group, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Olaf accumulated extensive experience in various marketing and sales leadership positions at Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG, including European Marketing and Sales Manager for Digital Microscopy and European Senior Product Manager for Surgical Energy Products. Other notable roles include International Manager Sales and Marketing at Hyperbranch Medical Technologies, Global Business Unit Manager at aap Implantate AG, and Sales Manager positions at Covidien and Kyphon Europe. Olaf's career began in clinical settings as a Perioperative Nurse in multiple hospitals across New York and Hamburg, focusing on diverse surgical specialties. Olaf holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the College for Nursing Sciences in Germany.
