Jan Fragner has extensive work experience in the field of product portfolio development, research and development, and scientific research. From 2013 to present, Jan has worked at B. Braun Gruppe, starting as an R&D Manager and progressing to become a Senior R&D Manager. Currently, Jan holds the position of Head of Product Portfolio Development Team PAT & IV Accessories. Prior to joining B. Braun Gruppe, Jan worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at the Institut für Kunststoffverarbeitung (IKV) in Industrie und Handwerk an der RWTH Aachen from 2008 to 2013.

Jan Fragner received their education at RWTH Aachen University. From 2002-2008, they pursued a degree in Maschinenbau - Kunststofftechnik, earning a Diplom-Ingenieur. Jan continued their education at the same university, completing a Promotionsstudium from 2008-2013 and obtaining a Dr.-Ing. degree.
