Angela McCarter, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at AZZ Incorporated since August 2015. In this role, Angela supports the Vice President in ensuring adherence to HR policies across subsidiaries and serves as the first line of mediation for personnel. Previously, Angela held a similar position at Weir Oil & Gas, where responsibilities included policy advisory, management training, employee separation processes, and data management. Angela's experience also includes roles at Chesapeake Energy as a Human Resources Assistant, an internship at Omni Hotels, and early work as a Front Desk Receptionist at Acute Kids Urgent Care. Angela earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University and studied at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
