Susheem Pandey is an experienced energy and power professional with extensive leadership roles in the solar sector. Currently serving as Head of Solar Initiatives at VIVIID RENEWABLES PVT LTD since May 2019, Susheem also holds the position of Vice President Engineering at Orion Power Limited in Dhaka, where responsibilities include overseeing the planning and execution of a 100 MW solar power plant. With a proven track record at Azure Power as Project Head, Susheem successfully led the construction of a 10 MW solar project in Bihar and is now managing a 100 MW solar park in Andhra Pradesh. Previous positions include Assistant Vice President at Essel Utilities, Regional Manager at EDMI India Ltd., and General Manager roles at HPL India Ltd. and BSES Delhi. Susheem holds a BE in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems), dual MBAs in Energy Management and Marketing, and is a certified Energy Manager.
