Irina Rodriguez currently serves as the Executive Director in Training at Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care since August 2023. Prior to this role, Irina held the position of Admissions Coordinator at Heartland Home Care & Hospice from May 2022 to August 2023 and worked at Children's Wisconsin as a Lead Central Scheduling Representative and Scheduler/Registration Representative from July 2020 to December 2021. Irina obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in May 2022 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the same institution.
