Nayra Macedo de Almeida currently serves as a Consultor de negócios at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of companies in the Azul Empresas program and facilitating corporate travel through ticket sales. Previously, Nayra held the position of Assistente de Atendimento, addressing issues for international flight customers and utilizing the GDS Amadeus system for rebooking. Prior experience includes a role as Social Media at Insight Marketing, focusing on customer responses, interaction tagging, crisis management, and daily reporting. Nayra is pursuing a degree in Marketing at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, having started studies in April 2022. Additionally, Nayra completed education at EACON in October 2017.
