Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles related to nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, work as a nutritionist at a private clinic, and teaching at a vocational training school, focusing on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
