Maikol Quesada Rojas has extensive experience in quality assurance inspection, process control management, logistics, and nutritional consulting. Currently holding the position of Quality Assurance Inspector at Matadero Ferji, Maikol previously served as the Head of Process Control at Azucarera el viejo S. A. and Logistics Manager at lunaca sa. With a background in food engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, Maikol also holds a degree in food safety inspection from INA.
