Gabriele Zinetti has held significant leadership roles in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Azotea Grupo since April 2018, where management and growth efforts expanded the company from 5 to 12 outlets, projected to reach 14 in 2024. Previously, Zinetti was Director of Operations at TATEL Restaurants from January 2015 to December 2017 and held similar positions at Sebeto Group S.p.A. and Lungarno Collection, where responsibilities included launching new concepts and managing multiple outlets. Gabriele Zinetti’s educational background includes international business administration studies at the University of Deusto, CETYS Universidad, and Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
