Nicky Peerboom has extensive experience in the pension administration field, currently serving as the Coördinator backoffice pensioenen at AZL since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the backoffice operations for pensions. Previously, Nicky held the position of Medewerker backoffice pensioenen at AZL, and prior to that, gained valuable experience as a Salesmedewerker at IKEA Nederland and Van Cranenbroek BV. Nicky's early career included an afstudeerstage at RWM Afval en Reiniging, focusing on developing essential information systems and a meewerkstage at Scholen voor Praktijkonderwijs Parkstad Limburg, which involved financial management tasks. Nicky holds a Bachelor's degree in bedrijfseconomie from Zuyd Hogeschool and a certification in Basis Collectieve Pensioenen from SPO.
