Lieke van de Loo currently serves as a Transitiemanager at AZL, contributing to the organization's mission of fostering trust in future pension solutions amidst significant changes since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lieke held the position of Teammanager at XONAR from December 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of 100 professionals, overseeing financial operations, and facilitating performance management through key performance indicators. Previous experience also includes project management roles at Bureau Jeugdzorg Limburg where Lieke led a pilot program for young professionals and served as a Jeugdbeschermer, as well as expertise in program development at BMC. Additional roles at Arvato Benelux and Apple involved training, coaching, and technical support. Lieke is advancing education with a Master’s in Management Sciences from Open Universiteit, expected to be completed in 2024, and has a solid academic background in management and applied sciences.
