Carlien Sion-Habets has extensive experience in the pension sector, currently serving as a Data Steward, Senior Pension Specialist, Coordinator of the Pension Bureau, and Pension Specialist at AZL since March 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Junior Pension Specialist at APG from October 2013 to March 2014 and as a Trainee in Human Resource at AZL in early 2013, where research focused on engaging MBO students to address labor market shortages and aging demographics. Additional internships include a Human Resource position at Bagitali Ltd in London and an internship at AZL, both in 2012.
