Abhilasa Barman is an Associate Researcher at Azim Premji University since June 2022, following experience at Vedanta Resources Limited as a graduate engineer trainee (GET IT) from August 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included the digitalization and automation of cargo transportation processes and overseeing a team for IT infrastructure management. Prior internships include a research internship at the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology from December 2019 to August 2020 and a project internship at the North Eastern Space Applications Centre (NESAC) from June 2019 to August 2019. Abhilasa Barman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Assam Engineering College (2017-2021) and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (October 2023 - September 2024).
