Sergio Capitanio is an experienced professional in the fields of social development and inclusion, currently serving as a collaborator in the Inclusion area at Azienda Speciale Isola Bergamasca e Bassa Val San Martino and as a collaborator in the Design area at AZIENDA BERGAMASCA FORMAZIONE. Since 2011, Sergio has been the president and co-worker at HG80impresasociale, overseeing various aspects of project design, human resources, and financial management while coordinating complex events and providing strategic consulting for youth and cultural organizations. Previous roles include Coordinator of Inclusion at Ambito Territoriale 1 di Bergamo and youth policy operator and coordinator at the Comune di Bergamo, where Sergio developed innovative youth spaces and managed projects in expressive arts and civic engagement. Sergio holds a degree in Sociology from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and is currently pursuing further education in Welfare Community Management at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
