Gerard Morales, MBA, GSLC, currently serves as the Information Services Manager for the Americas at Azenta Life Sciences since September 2021. With extensive experience in IT and desktop service management, Gerard previously held the position of Deputy Director for the City of Worcester and worked as the Global Desktop Manager at Avid. Prior roles include End User Operations Manager for AbbVie, overseeing services for a $22 billion pharmaceutical firm, and Desktop Operations Manager for Abbott, managing operations across multiple regions including Canada and Latin America. Gerard's career began at BASF as a Senior Desktop Engineer/Project Manager. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management from Assumption University and a BS/BA in English and Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
