Randy Wade has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Randy started their career as a Carpenter at SW Solutions LLC in 2006 and worked there until 2011. During this time, they gained experience in carpentry and construction.

From 2011 to 2015, Randy worked as a Union Laborer at Aarbor Green where they assisted with various highway projects, landscaping, and crew management.

In 2013, Randy briefly worked as a Union Laborer at Kramer North America, Inc.

Since 2015, Randy has been working at AZCO as a Project Manager. In this role, they plan, oversees, and coordinates projects for clients with mechanical or structural needs. Randy focuses on electricity, natural gas, and boiler maintenance. Randy is responsible for maintaining schedules, progress, and budgets to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and quality of operations.

Randy Wade has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015.
