Eric Bestul has a diverse work experience in the fabrication and construction industry. Eric started their career in 2003 at August Winter & Sons as a Journeyman, where they gained extensive experience in TIG and MIG welding and utilized Autocad and Vulcan/Trimble for programming and layout tasks. In 2017, they joined JWM Coenen as a Project Manager before transitioning to SMART Local 18 in 2015, where they served as a Sheetmetal Layout Instructor until 2019. In 2019, they joined AZCO as a Project Manager for Metal Fabrication, and later became the Manager of Metal Fabrication. Currently, Eric holds the position of Director of Fabrication Operations at AZCO.

Eric Bestul completed a Sheet Metal Apprenticeship program at Fox Valley Technical College from 2005 to 2009.
