Doris Nsari is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at AzamPesa since April 2022, Doris has previously held similar managerial roles at the Tanzania Redcross Society and Skol Building Contractors Ltd. Notably, Doris was the Head of Human Resources at International Commercial Bank Tanzania Limited from October 2013 to March 2020. Doris's educational background includes a Master's of Science in Human Resource Management from Chuo Kikuu Mzumbe and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Social Work in Tanzania.
