Dena Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dena began their career in 2004 as a Help Desk Specialist at Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants and worked there until 2008. In 2010, they joined CaroMont Health as a Patient Services Specialist II and later transitioned to the role of Identity Management Specialist II, where they worked until 2022. Dena then moved on to Virtual OfficeWare Healthcare Solutions and served as a Credentialing Specialist from 2021 to 2022. Dena also worked as a Patient Financial Service Representative during this time, providing customer support and resolving billing inquiries. In 2022, they joined Trustmark as a Customer Service Representative and stayed until 2023. Currently, they are employed as an Ambulatory Support Specialist at Azalea Health, starting in April 2023.
Dena Anderson obtained an Associate's degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from Gaston College, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
