Ron Musselman's work experience begins in 1990 as a Process Engineer at Texas Instruments Defense Systems, where they led quality improvement projects and developed new bonding processes. Ron then worked as a Senior Multi-Functional Engineer at TYCO ELECTRONICS from 2000 to 2005, where they led Six Sigma teams and managed capital expansion initiatives. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at Stryker Instruments, focusing on product support and leading corrective actions. In 2007, they joined Zimmer Spine as a Senior Quality Engineer, responsible for managing field actions. Ron later became the Manager of Quality Engineering at Zimmer Biomet (formerly LDR) from 2013 to 2018. Most recently, they worked as a Quality Engineer at Briggo Coffee from 2018 to 2020, and currently holds the position of Quality Assurance Manager at AYRO Inc, where they oversee the design and manufacture of electric vehicles.
