Jennifer McClintock is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at AYR Wellness Inc. since September 2020, Jennifer has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director and Regional Human Resources Director. Prior to AYR Wellness, Jennifer worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Centric Brands and Global Brands Group, enhancing HR functions within leading lifestyle and fashion organizations. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and Forever 21. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, awarded in 2007.
