Paolo Stermin has extensive experience in software delivery and agile methodologies, currently serving as Delivery Lead and Scrum Master & Agile Coach at aYo Holdings since April 2019, where responsibilities include championing agile adoption and facilitating agile ceremonies across the organization. Prior to this, Paolo spent over a decade at 24.com, holding various managerial roles, including Software Development Manager and Account Manager, overseeing the delivery of software projects and managing development teams. Earlier career experiences include positions at Media24 (Pty) Ltd, Double Step Trading, and Silk Flower Creations, where Paolo developed web solutions and managed operations and sales. Educational qualifications include certifications in Agile methodologies and project management from respected institutions such as Scrum Alliance and Harvard Business School.
