Marsha Smith, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in business operations and human resources, currently serving as the U.S. Office and HR Manager at HFC Semiconductor Corp. since January 2019. In parallel, Marsha manages day-to-day operations and bookkeeping for Aymont Technology, Inc. Marsha's previous experience includes leadership roles such as Branch Manager at Manpower, where responsibilities encompassed managing client relationships and business development, and Owner/Operator of Marken Advertising, which provided strategic marketing services. Additional roles include Assistant Sales Manager at Hacker Boat Company, and Owner/Operator of Curves fitness franchise facilities.
