Marius Alin Baletchi is an accomplished software development manager currently leading the Compliance and Trust & Safety team at Aylo since October 2017, successfully overseeing a team of eight developers in initiatives such as performer identity verifications and content moderation improvements for Pornhub. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager Team Lead and IT Project Manager at Clarisoft Technologies from January 2016 to October 2017, as well as positions at Electronic Arts from April 2013 to January 2016, which included serving as Product Owner and Mobile Technical Specialist. Marius began a career at Gameloft as a QA Tester Senior and Project Lead Assistant from January 2011 to April 2013. Marius holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Engineering, both from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
