Josías Rodríguez de Vega is an experienced consultant and engineer with expertise in automotive engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Powertrain Software Project Manager at AYES since July 2023, Josías has previously held positions as a System Engineer at CNH Industrial and as a consultant at Capgemini Engineering, focusing on model-based design for vehicle performance. Notable contributions include vehicle model validation and software tool development during tenure at Toyota Motor Europe, alongside earlier experiences in various engineering roles at DENSO and Teo Martín Motorsport. Josías holds multiple degrees in automotive and mechanical engineering from renowned institutions, including a Master’s degree from HAN University of Applied Sciences and Czech Technical University in Prague.
