They have held various roles in different finance companies, starting as a Field Executive at BASIX and working their way up to Branch Manager, Area Head, Sales Manager, and Deputy Manager in different organizations. Currently, they serve as a State Head, Cluster Head, and Branch Manager at Aye Finance Pvt. Ltd. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in sales, management, and livelihood mapping and intervention in villages.
